$250 for a 75-minute initial evaluation
$250 for a 75-minute family or couples session
$200 for a 60-minute individual session

- For all other insurances, at your request, a “Superbill” can be provided for you to file with your insurance company. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it’s possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for telehealth psychotherapy services.
Ask the following questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

- Does my health insurance plan include telemental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per the calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, unless you have an emergency, you’ll be charged for the full rate of the session.
